She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd B. Lewis of Ocean City; her parents, Carl Turner and Helen Turner of Easley; and her sister Ann Turner Hannon of Tampa, Florida.. She is survived by: her sons, John Carl Lewis (Kathleen) of Ocean City and Stephen Turner Lewis (Kristin) of Ocean City; her brother Carl Bruce Turner, Jr. (Cheri) of Easley; her grandchildren, Alexandra Lewis Berkey (Blake) of Houston, John Carl Lewis, Jr. (Abby) and William Turner Lewis; and her great grandchild Vivian Ann Lewis of Ocean City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
