She was predeceased by: her father Marion Alfred Balasus; and her pet Mac. She is survived by: her mother Edith Pearl Balasus (Gail); her husband Robert Valko; her children, Katie, Cassidy and Jack Remmell; her siblings, Gregory Balasus and Deborah Thomas; and her grandchildren, Liam, Sheperd Gilmore and Shoal Murray. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sister and brother-in-laws and close loving friends.
