It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles L. Wingler of Ocean City, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Menikheim Wingler; his stepchildren, Eric Kerr (Lois) of Owings Mills and Leah (Brian Kaltrider) of Hanover, PA; and his sister-in-law Ginny Currence of Westminster. He is also survived by three grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
