She was predeceased by: her parents, Emanuel West and Anna West (Stollenmaier); her son Mark B. Smith; and her brothers, Wesley E. West and J. Bernard West.
She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Mason; her son-in-law Keith; and her grandson EJ Mason (Aubry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
