It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Skinner (Oakland, Maryland), who passed away on September 14, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick S. Skinner and Madeline Skinner (Cox); and his daughter Susan Skinner Bringkurst. He is survived by: his significant other Ruby Skinner (Evans); his niece Ellen Harsh; his nephew Rodney Hauser; and his former wife Anne L. McCarty. He is also survived by numerous cousins and their spouses.
