He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Earl and Flossie Likins (Brooks); his wife Rita Mae Likins (Thrasher); and his siblings, Betty Fulk, Eva Kight and Loyal "Buff" Brooks.
He is survived by: his son Joe Likins (Kim); his grandchildren, Jay Likins (Kristi), Scott Livengood (Kaylee) and Lindsey Livengood; his great grandchildren, Madi Livengood and EllieKay Likins; his sister Mary Evans; and his close friend Bill Kent. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
