He was predeceased by: his parents, William Amos and Emma Faye Johnson (Rice); his former wives, Rita Johnson (McKenzie) and Jacqueline Johnson (McKenzie); and his siblings, Oneda Johnson Davis, Eleanor Johnson Stemple, Phyllis Johnson Helbig, Nancy Johnson Glotfelty, Rita Johnson Trout, Amos Johnson, Carl Johnson, Donald Johnson, Gene Johnson, Gerald Johnson and John Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Johnson (Shank). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
