She was predeceased by: her mother Rebecca Sliger; her daughter Ruby Loraine Slaubaugh; her son-in-law Victor Harry Slaubaugh; and her great grandchild Parker Riley Rowan. She is survived by: her husband Billy Austin Foster; her children, Vincent Foster (Jeanie) and Lisa Gaynor (John); and her sisters, Judy Shaffer of Eglon, WV and Jenny Holtschneider (Oakland). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
