It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie Naylor (Oakland, Maryland), who passed away on August 26, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Sines and Margaret Sines (Smet). She is survived by: her foster parent Rosilynn Spurrier; her husband Milton Naylor; her children, LaRena Naylor, Tabitha Naylor and Thomas Naylor; her grandchildren, Xander, Isabelle, Jordan and Joe; and her siblings, Rebecca Wilson, Sharon Brown, Rhonda Kent, Victor Sines, Loren Sines, Roxanne Sines and Jeffrey Sines.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Garrett Regional Medical Center Loar Auxiliary, or the Garrett Regional Medical Center Foundation, 251 N 4th St., Oakland, MD 21550.
