He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Lipscomb (Arnett); his sons, Tom W. Lipscomb (Kathy) and Jeffrey B. Lipscomb (Maria); his stepchildren, Annette Strawser (Alan) and Danny Arnett (Kim); his grandchildren, Thomas H. Lipscomb, Sandra M. Morrison and Ethan J. Lipscomb; his stepgrandsons, Michael Strawser, Patrick Arnett and Dustin Arnett; his great grandchild Lilly Morrison; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Vera Strawser and Jase Strawser; his brother Edward Lipscomb; and his nephew John Lipscomb.
