He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Francis and Bessie Hindbaugh Uphold; and his siblings, Martha Stull, Georgene Wakefield and Clayton Uphold.
He is survived by: his children, Don Uphold of Bayard, Teddy Uphold of Mt. Storm, Patty Tasker (George) of Oakland, Christine Tasker (Darrell) of Deer Park and Cindy Upole (John) of Hutton; his grandchildren, Jessica Dewitt (Chad) of Oakland, Joey Tasker of Oakland, Amy Sisler (Aaron) of Oakland, Angel Sisler (Bo) of Crellin and Upole (Heather) of Hutton; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Bentley, Erin and DaKoda; his siblings, Emma Jean Harman and Roger Lee Uphold (Connie); and his close friend Darlene Otto.
