He is survived by: his mother Linda D. Biggs (Martin) of Oakland; his sister Skyla Sickles of Oakland; his stepsister Doris Jenkins of Cumberland; his grandfather Williams Sickles of Cecil County, MD; and his pet Lu Lu.
