With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Bittinger (Oakland, Maryland), born in Parsons, West Virginia, who passed away on April 26, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Garrett Waldo; her husband Carl Leon Bittinger; her brother Kenneth E. Roy; and her sister-in-law Anna. She is survived by: her children, Vincent Carl Bittinger (Michelle) of Port Charlotte, FL and Rebecca Lynn Roth (Jason); and her grandchildren, Alicia Carrie Roth and Courtney Leigh Roth.
