It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelba Bartram of Oakland, Maryland, born in East Lynn, West Virginia, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Aldridge and Hazel Marie Aldridge (Adkins); her husband Berford Carroll "Buzz" Bartram; her siblings, Terry Arden Aldridge, Ladonna Aldridge and Billie Jo Hill; and her siblings-in-law, Artie Aldridge, Ronnie Joe Bartram, Golden "Man" Hill, Ronald Roach and John Rauscher.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Carroll Bartram (Jacqueline) and Jean Elaine Tressler (Steven); her grandchildren, Frank Carroll Bartram, Eric Paul Tressler (Judy Yiu) and Nicole Elaine Tressler (David Mathews); her nephews, Kris Aldridge, Shannon Aldridge and Russell Roach; her niece Rhonda Mills; and her siblings-in-law, Irene Rauscher, Marsha Aldridge and Larry Bartram (Kyle).
