He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Frederick Otto, Jr.; and his half-brother Stewart Otto. He is survived by: his mother Karen Sue Otto (Edgar); his wife Elizabeth Jane Otto; his grandchild Remington J. Otto; his brother Terry J. Otto, Sr. (Amy); and his brother-in-law Philson D. Hinebaugh II (Gina M.). He is also survived by uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
