He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Broze Alexander Sr. and Daisy Jean Alexander (Paugh); his wife Cynthia Kay Alexander (Beebe); and his sister Linda Klacik. He is survived by: his children, Autumn Sanders (Brent) of Oakland, Rusty Alexander III (Becca O'Brien) of Oakland and Wesley Alexander of Oakland; and his sisters, Mary Adams (Bill) of Jefferson, Sharon Rinker (John) of Oakland, MD and Paula Gauntner (Dennis) of Madison, Ohio.
