He was predeceased by: his parents, Hasque Banner and Blanche Rebecca Pannell (Stallard); and his granddaughter Morgan McKenzie. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Williams (Michael), Rebecca McKenzie (Richard, III) and Susanna Pannell (Anthony Brodak); his former wife Maggie Horton of Oakland; his siblings, Charles Pannell of Bluefield, VA, David Joe Pannell of Lake Wales, FL, Carroll Pannell (Wythe Co) and Brenda Sue Garvin of Princeton, WV; and his grandchildren, John Pilkerton, Logan Tuck, Ashlin McKenzie, Ivan Brodak, Brayden McKenzie and Jadelin Brodak.
