He is survived by: his parent Annabelle Kisner Otto (Likins); his wife Sandra S. Kisner (Michaels); his stepmother Eva Kisner of Oakland; his son Roger L. Kisner, Jr.; his wife Christy of Oakland; his daughters, Pat A. Shaffer (Ken), Barbara L. Robosson (Joe) and Donna S.; his friend Joe; his siblings, Donald R. Kisner (Joyce), Janet Kisner of Swanton, MD and Wanda Kisner of Swanton, MD; his grandchildren, Tommy Tasker (Brandi) and Heather Baker (Aaron); his friends, Kristen and Stanley Shaffer (Stephanie); and also, Matthew Kisner (Kendra), Kayla Kisner, Seth Kisner, Sara Kisner, David Shaffer (Mandy) and Lisa Shaffer. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
