He was predeceased by: his parents, Pliny William Moyer and Mary Beatrice Moyer Parker (Hoyle); and his brothers, Wayne Moyer, Sr. and Richard Moyer. He is survived by: his children, Robin Moyer (Erin) of Swanton, MD and Jennifer Collins (Jeff) of Rittman, OH; his sisters, Joan Gray of Westminister, MD, Sandra Dobry of Westminister, MD and Doris Gullion of Newark, DE; his grandchildren, Brandon Jessica, Geoffrey, Mikalah and Faith; and his great grandchildren, Christian and Raelynn.
