He is survived by: his son Christopher Shreve (Bridget) of Oakland; his granddaughters, Diana Shreve and Brittany Moore; his great grandchild Huntleigh Moore; his siblings, Gary Duff and Jane Duff; and his brother-in-law Richard Dodge.
