He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Otto and Martha Marie Beachy (Baum); his son Barry Ellsworth Beachy; and his brother Dave Olen Beachy. He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Beachy; his children, Thomas Leon Beachy (Christy), Michael John Beachy (Sophie), Sharon Marie Dick (Randy) and Tammy Sue Bassford (Roy); his sisters, Kathleen Yommer (Neil) and Beverly Wagner (Donald); and his grandchildren, Amy, Donnelle, Cortney, Jay, Ashley, Bobbi Jo, Jenessa, Taylor, Jenna Sue, Claire and Samantha. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
