Richard Sharpless Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Sharpless of Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on June 20, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sharpless and Anna Jane Sharpless. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Jeanne Sharpless; his sons, Richard Scott Sharpless and Thomas Dean Sharpless (Amy); his stepson Cole Jackson Bauer; his grandchildren, Maxxwel Harold and Leela Sharpless; his stepgrandchildren, Erik Ryan and Sydney Ann Bauer; and his siblings, Mary Jane Jones (Kermit) and John Sharpless (Ardra). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
