He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Lucille Evelyn Steyer and Nettie Starkey; his siblings, Harold O'Haver and Melissa "Cissy" O'Haver; and his uncles, Joseph McRobie, Stanley and Henry Steyer.
He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Howard Sr. and Naomi Lucille O'Haver (McRobie); his sister Mia Lansberry (Bill); his nephews, Cole (Kim), Bryan (Becca) and Chaz (Tabby); his great-niece Adaline; his great-nephew Noah; his uncle Randy McRobie; and his aunt Doris Tasker. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to be made to them to help offset unexpected costs at this time.
