He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Eugene and Nina L. Kitzmiller (Findley); his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Kitzmiller (Dean); and his sister Bonita Rodeheaver. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Moon (Clifford) of Oakland, Randy Kitzmiller (Danielle) of Stafford, VA, Heather Savage of Frederick and Bradley Savage (Loretta) of Oakland; and his brother Craig Kitzmiller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
