It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Livengood Sr. (Oakland, Maryland), born in Swanton, Maryland, who passed away on August 3, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
