He is survived by: his parents, Marvin G. "Red" Guthrie of Oakland and Sylvia May Smith of Oakland; his wife Teresa Guthrie (Schrier); his children, Trista Hotsinpiller (Scott) of Oakland, Quintin Lynn Guthrie, Jr. (Kayla) of Oakland, Jake Guthrie of Oakland and Amelia Guthrie of Oakland; his grandchildren, Trinity Hechmer, Abigail Sisler, Harper Guthrie, Aliza Guthrie and Karmen Guthrie; and his siblings, Norman Guthrie (Glenna) of Oakland, Marvin Eugene "Dino" Guthrie (Vicki) of Oakland, Sonya Boerner (Preston) of Palm Bay, FL and Christie Reckart (Jason) of Oakland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
