It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Ashby (Oakland, Maryland), born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on August 20, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Leo and Agnes Oneida Willard (Brown); and her husband Joseph A. Ashby, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Shelby Witt of Minnesota, Rayetta Beitzel (Bob) of Oakland, Joe Ashby, Jr. (Diana) of Oakland, Willard Ashby of Oakland and Susan Hopkins (Mike) of Hedgesville, WV. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
