He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry James and Daisy Susan Hebb (Keyser); and his siblings, Charles Hebb, Robert Hebb, Jack Hebb, Leona Gaster and Katherine Kight.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Hebb (Sisler); his children, Perry Eugene Hebb, Sr. of Oakland, Terry K. Hebb of Oakland, Melissa Susan Landis of Gormania, WV and Kristina Florence Hebb-Arnold (Justin) of Augusta, WV; and his brother Daniel Hebb of Grafton, WV. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newman Funeral Homes (1100 Memorial Dr, Oakland, MD 21550). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
