He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Paul and Eva Lena Harvey (Thompson); his son Sherman Richard Harvey; and his sisters, Louise White and Eileen Steyer.
He is survived by: his sons, Simon Herbert Harvey (Anna) of Anmoore, WV and Stuart Isaac Harvey (Melissa); his grandchildren, Garrett Daniel, Kyle Dominick, Rachel Louise, Ranae Eileen and Isaac Warren Harvey; and his great grandchildren, Tucker Thomas and Myla Grace Harvey.
