She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl H. Shuttleworth and Lenora V. Shuttleworth; and her brother Bill Shuttleworth. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Cooper (James) of Oakland; her siblings, Linda Shuttleworth (Robert Leatherbury) of Oakland, Rodger Shuttleworth (Cathie) of Fountain Hills, AZ and Edward Shuttleworth (Lydia) of Slatyfork, WV; her nieces and nephews, Lori Shuttleworth (Kyle Golden), Mindy Shuttleworth, Barry Shuttleworth and Tracy Shuttleworth; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mia, Daisy, Brody and Talon.
