He was predeceased by: his parent Charles W.; his wife Dorothy A. Niner (Friend); his sons, Richard Niner, David L. Niner and Kenneth P. Niner; and his siblings, Elmer Niner and Audrey Harvey.
He is survived by: his parent Cora E. Niner (Bucklew); his children, Roger L. Niner (Darla), Marilynn S. Echols (Paul) and Helen L. Stephens (Michael); and his sister Leota Warnick of Oakland. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
