We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Nellie Nugent of Oakland, Maryland, born in Friendsville, Pennsylvania. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frazee and Bessie Frazee (Niner); her husband Charles R. Nugent; and her son Terry Nugent. She is survived by: her children, David Nugent (Vickie) of Friendsville, Rick Nugent (Vicki) of Friendsville, Judy Nugent, Lois Lose (Dave) of Bruceton Mills, WV and Donna Nugent (John); and her sister Beulah Savage. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
