We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2021, at the age of 93, Mildred Dilley of Oakland, Maryland, born in Winchester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Holmes Williams and Etta Shear Williams; her spouse Glennroot John Dilley; and her brothers, Lloyd Williams, Jr. and Albert Williams (Floyd Van Meter).
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Stokes (Larry) of Mt. Airy; her grandchildren, Angela Snow (Nicholas) of Sparta and Todd Stokes (Benita) of Potomac; and her great grandchildren, Carson and Kaitlin Stokes.
