He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eugene and Mary Belle Stowell (Howdyshell); his son Ricky Stowell; and his brother Patrick Eugene Stowell. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Marie Stowell (Welch); his children, Jeremy Stowell (Holly), Michael Wayne Stowell, John Stowell, Kimberly Crosco (Roger) and Patty Lynn Zehrung; his grandchildren, Jessica Baker, Chelsea Lowdermilk (Jeffrey), Regina Booker (Brandon), Olivia Crosco, Sarah Stowell, Sophie Stowell and Sierra Stowell; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Enaya, Brennan, Ian, Jaxton, Ryiot and Ryker.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newman Funeral Homes (1100 Memorial Dr, Oakland, MD 21550). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
