He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Ann Phillippi Friend (Lewis); his wife Dawn Elaine Phillippi (DeMoss); his children, Michael Shawn Phillippi (Tammy) and Shannon Nicole Phillippi; his sister Brenda Harvey (Dennis); his stepsiblings, Jay and Karen Wall; his granddaughters, Avery Nicole Faircloth (Justin) and Zariah Nicole Jackson; his great grandchild Oren Faircloth; his niece Lara Reall (Jason); his nephew Adam Harvey (Auzedah); and his great-nephews, Ryan, Christopher, Jacob and Sebastian.
