He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Albert Lockie and Beryle Lucille Lockie Hanlin (Foley). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jayne Lockie (Roy); his children, Storm Cline (Sarah) of Oakland, MD, Brian Cline (Becky) of Swanton, MD and Danielle Adams (Johnny) of Nanjemoy, Maryland; and his siblings, Teddy Lockie (Judy) of Mt. Storm, WV, James Lloyd Lockie of Philadelphia, PA, Dawn Knight (Doug) of Oakland, MD, Barbara House of Philadelphia, PA and Tanya James (Jesse) of Elk Garden, WV. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great - grandchildren and one great grandson expected February, 2023 and granddaughter.
