He was predeceased by: Melvin Frank Heilman, Sr. (Reggie). He is survived by: his parents, Elnoria (Elly) and Dowden Heilman of Westminster, MD.; his sibling Tammie Knight (Donald) of Hanover, PA.; and his nieces and nephews, Joshua and Nicolas.
