She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Powell (Becky) and Aaron Powell (Ashley); her brothers, Bradley Cooper (Ruth) of Oakland, MD and Gary Cooper (June) of Oakland, MD; and her grandson Dylan Powell of Marydel, DE. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
