It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Simms (Oakland, Maryland), who passed away on June 8, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Franklin and Lola Almeda Ellen Beckman (Murphy); her sister Sally Hardesty; her niece Katelynn Sweitzer; and her brother-in-law Porge Sweitzer.
She is survived by: her husband James R. "Jim" Simms; her daughter Angelina Simms-Fuller (Donald) of Mt. Lake Park; her grandsons, Andrew and Joseph Fuller; her siblings, Leona Sweitzer of Kitzmiller, Judy Sweitzer (Dave) of Deer Park, Jim Beckman (Brenda) of Corinth, Sue Wolf (Lee) of Swanton, Donna Tasker, Parsons, Wayne Beckman (Janie) of Oakland and Barbie Beckman of Frederick; and her siblings-in-law, Chuck Hardesty of Arcadia, Bill Simms (Margie Miller) and Helen Schrock (Ron) of Oakland.
