She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hiesel Carr and Boyd Hinkle; her grandparents, Mary Ellen Hinkle (Bennett) and Charles Hinkle; her husband Rudolph Ruleman Flanagan; her sons, Garry and Warren; her siblings, Neva and Charles (Chub); her daughter-in-law Martha Hardy Flanagan; her sons, Jerry (Anita) of Thomas, WV, Gary (Connie) of Cincinnati, OH, Brian (Kim) of Oakland, MD and Leslie (Kathy) of Charlotte, NC.; her grandchildren, Mike, Jody, Beth, Erin, Lauren, Kari, Jared, Travis, Stephanie, Rudy, Chris, Spencer, Ben, Mary, Kevin and Sean; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Collin, Jacob, Shelby, William, Isaac, Kamryn, Brock, Kristin, Brooklyn, Aubrin, Reagan, Hadlee, Jaidyn, Jaivry, Alex, Gunner, Giselle, Liam, London, Anna, Lauren, Eli, Julianne and Aubrey; and her great great grandchild Gage.
