She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edgar and Edna Edgar (Frantz); and her siblings, Dorothy Jastrynski, James, Daniel and Junior Edgar.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley Rowe; her daughter Donna Arndt (Leslie) of Oakland; her granddaughter Lisa Griffith of Oakland; her great grandchild Samantha Brown of Baltimore; and her sister Audrey Baker of Oakland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
