Lydia Bender Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2020, at the age of 86, Lydia Bender (Oakland, Maryland), born in Dover, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Yoder and Mary Yoder (Byler); her husband Albert C. Bender; her children, Paul Bender and Irene Schrock; and her siblings, Saloma Bender, Mattie Stoltzfus, Mary Nissley, Alton Yoder and William Yoder.
She is survived by: her children, Esther (Lloyd Beachy) of Mountain Rest, SC, Martha Bender of Mount Sterling, KY, Kauffman of Wytheville, VA and Henry (Nancy); her children-in-law, Calvin Schrock of Oakland and Rachel Bender (Beachy) of Bedford, PA; and her brother Daniel (Lois). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren.
