It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Callicoat (Oakland, Maryland), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on January 30, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Mays and Ethel Mays (Cabell); her former husband James Frederick Ross; and her husband Oscar Lee Callicoat. She is survived by: her children, Anna Marie Sisler (Buddy) of Oakland, Wendy Carson (Shannon) of Oakland, James Owen Ross (Linda) of Cabins, WV and David Allen Ross (Missy) of Eglon, WV; her siblings, Juanita McComas and James Mays (Nancy) of Huntington, WV; and her close friend Lloyd. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; thirty-one great grandchildren; eight great great grandchildren.
