Lila Decker Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2021, at the age of 92, Lila Decker of Oakland, Maryland, born in Nokesville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Howard and Effie Lee Marshall (Lewis); her husband H. Ray Decker; and her siblings, Jane Petersen, Lenora Stewart, James Marshall and Thomas Marshall.
She is survived by: her children, Cub Scouts of America, Lloyd A. Decker (Sharon G.), Bruce L. Decker (Linda R.) and Donna D. Martin (James); and her sister-in-law Betty F. Marshall. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
