He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis A. Domenick, Sr. and Concettina Domenick (Masticoni). He is survived by: his wife Connie Domenick (Harvey) of Oakland; his children, Barry Domenick (Sharan) of Oakland, Dr. Mark Domenick (Teresa) of Oakland and Ronni Domenick of Grapevine, TX.; his granddaughter Dr. Natalie Sridharan (Shaum Sridharan); his great grandchild Sunny; his grandson Ryan Domenick (Lauren); and also Mina of Pittsburgh, PA.
