It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kimberly Bauer (Oakland, Maryland), born in Annapolis, Maryland, who passed away on May 26, 2019, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Paul and Darlene Louise Elsey (Sparrow). She is survived by: her husband James H. Bauer, Sr.; her children, James H. Bauer, Jr., Christina V. Burton (Chuck), Ashley E. Powell (Aaron) and Peggy A. Hertzog; her brother Brian P. Elsey; and her grandchildren, Trinity, Cameron, Joy and Derrick.
