He is survived by: his children, Paula Hutson (Curtis) of Oakland, MD and James Bittinger, II (Donna) of Oakland, MD; his granddaughter Sarah Mohler (Trent) of Port St; his children, Mark Bittinger (Nicole) of Petersburg, TN, Julie Bittinger of Kingwood, WV and Amy Bittinger of Oakland, MD; his great grandchildren, Miles Mohler and Carson Bittinger; and his sister Ethel 'Sis Armentrout (Lenny) of Keyser, WV..
