She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Martin and Naomi Ruth Wilt (Jamison); her husband John Henry Foster; and her siblings, Phillip Wilt, Sr., Alfred Neil Wilt, A. Richard Wilt, Jerry E. Wilt and Hazel Upole.
She is survived by: her daughters, J. Darlene Hebb (James) of Smithfield, PA and Carolyn Dianne Detrick (F. Bill) of Keyser, WV; her siblings, Earl D. Wilt of Gorman, MD and Esther Rhodes of Ellicot City, MD; her granddaughters, Lori Schlossnagle (Brian) and Jamie Hoffer (Scott); her great grandchildren, Abby and Holly Schlossnagle; and her great great grandchild Bentley Brant.
