He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Joseph and Clara Schultz (Piasecki). He is survived by: his wife Joan Frances Schultz (Sann); and his children, Joseph Andrew Schultz, Jr. (Dundalk, MD), Ronald Schultz (Terry) and Virginia Billings (Bernard). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
