He is survived by: his wife Virginia Faye Pennington; his children, Mark A. Kisner (Mary) of Decatur, Alabama, Joan of Maryland and JoAnn of Maryland; his brother Gerald T. Kisner of Putnam Co; and his grandson Finley Kisner.
